Guido Fochi began his professional career at the law firm Ravinale Baldassarre Pereno Toninello e Associati in January 2018.

In 2012 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Turin in Chinese Law and International Law under Professors Gianmaria Ajani and Alberto Oddenino.

In 2009 he attended the Center for Transnational Legal Studies in London (Georgetown University), in 2010 the Faculté Internationale de Droit Comparé in Strasburg and in 2012 the School of Government Beijing, University of Beijing.

In 2010 he participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

In 2012 he became Vice-Secretary of the Student Movement for International Organisation Turin. 

Between 2012 and 2013 he worked with the Italo-Chinese law firm Konosko Law Firm in Shanghai.

He completed a traineeship in private law, chiefly in the areas of contractual and non-contractual civil liability, obtaining his licence to practise law in 2017. 

He pursues his professional activities in the fields of private, commercial and bankruptcy law and national and international contract management.

He speaks English, French and Spanish.
